Facial acupuncture is a completely natural method to gain a more youthful vibrant, smoother, firmer and healthy glowing skin with increased elasticity, reducing puffiness and dark circles under the eye and lifting eyebrows to enhance and brighten the eyes.
The entire treatment is aimed at focusing on many layers of the skin and tightening facial muscles.
We begin the process with your individual constitutional assessment and skin type in order to create your individually tailored treatment plan.
Next we use acupuncture on body points that correct any imbalances according to the results of your assessment and also to optimize the facial treatment by enabling healthy lymphatic and enhanced blood flow to clear and decongest the facial skin.
Following this many very small microfine needles are inserted into the particular areas on the face and hairline to tighten the appropriate muscles to target and lift the jowl and cheeks area, stimulating the production of collagen in the dermis to soften wrinkles around the eyes, the forehead and smile lines around the mouth.
The needles are left in place for 20 mins, after removing the needles organic facial creams are applied, enhancing absorption through the pores by using the Jade roller and Gua Sha techniques followed by relaxing and uplifting facial massage that further increases the glow of the skin.
A once weekly course of 8-10 treatments is recommended to achieve optimum effects depending on each individual. After which maintenance treatments can be once every 4-6 weeks. Treatment is for 1.5 hrs
