Our inhouse therapist Natasha Lam is qualified in Professional Make-Up and Beauty, she has a very impressive portfolio showing off her past work which you are welcome to look through. She qualified in NVQ level 2 from Colchester Institute, she has also taken a Photographic Make-Up course with Elizabeth Young and has years of experience. She has worked on catwalk shows which has led her to work with some very well known models.

Q. What is a Cosmetic Camouflage ?

A. This is the term given to cosmetic preparations created to temporarily cover various forms of skin disorders.

Q. What type of blemish or mark can a good camouflage make up kit hide ?

A. Camouflage Make-Up can cover a variety of conditions including Vitiligo, Under-Eye Circles, Thread Veins and even Tattoos.

Q. Is camouflage make up waterproof ?

A. Dermacolor is made water resistant with the use of fixing powder. For further protection a fixing spray may be used.

Q. What is the difference between camouflage make up and ordinary concealer ?

A. The main difference is the content of pigment. Camouflage Make-Up contains much more pigment than the high street brands, therefore you need less of the product and it looks less obvious.

When having this treatment we recommend that a colour match is carried out first. This is to make sure that we achieve the most natural looking result.

Treatment times can vary depending on the size of the area to be treated.
