What Den Plan Could Do For You
Denplan payment allows you to make fixed regular monthly payments to cover the costs of your dental treatment. Your payments mean you can budget for your regular monthly care and ensure that you can get access to a dentist when you need it.
Denplan cover includes regular consultations, advice and preventative care. Promoting preventive care to maintain your oral health all year round, regular appointments with your dentist will minimise the need for restorative care. Additionally, the supplementary insurance that Denplan arranges on your behalf covers you for dental accident and emergency treatment, meaning that your teeth will be taken care of at all times.
Fee Rate Guide
Your Denplan fee is calculated by your dentist based on the amount of time you will need to spend at the practice over the coming year and including the costs of any likely treatments.
The average fee for Denplan Care at the Zen Clinic starts from as little as £11.75 a month and if there are 2 members in the same household they receive a 5% discount on the monthly charge.
Denplan Care
Denplan Care is a care contract that allows your dentist to provide an on going preventative dental care treatment programme. It also includes Supplementary Insurance and Denplan’s Insurance Services.
Denplan Care offers you:
Routine and Preventive dental care from your dentist :-
- Examinations
- X-rays
- Necessary fillings
- Hygiene treatment (including scale & polish)
- Preventive dental advice and therapy
- Any necessary extractions
Major Restorative Care from your dentist :-
- Periodontal (gum) treatment
- Crowns, bridges, dentures, inlays (excluding laboratory fees)
- Root fillings
Denplan Care does not cover the following :-
- Laboratory fees/prescriptions
- Any treatment specified as excluded by the dentist in your contract
- Referral to a specialist and specialist treatment
- Treatment carried out anywhere other than at your registered dentist except when covered under you Supplementary Insurance
- Orthodontics, implants, cosmetic treatment
- Sedation fees
Please remember your routine treatment is at the discretion of your dentist and is detailed in your contract.

As part of Denplan Care you will receive Supplementary Insurance, a mandatory feature of the plan.
Denplan will act on your behalf in arranging Supplementary Insurance with AXA PPP healthcare limited. Denplan will assist you with general enquiries regarding your Supplementary Insurance Policy and provides a 24hr worldwide emergency helpline.
Denplan has a dedicated Customer Advisor Team who are trained to deal with any questions you may have and provide you with continued support and advice.
