OUR PRACTICE 
We want to provide a personal service and treat everyone with understanding and respect. 
It's very important to us that you experience a professional and painless visit, and we would like you to inform us if your visit is less than you expect.  
We have listened carefully to our patients, who want to be seen on time, with a minimum delay or waiting time. We will see our emergency patients immediatly or as soon as possible.  
It is extremly important that our patients make their recall appointments on the last appointment of treatment. This is especially of importance for our NHS patients, because of a lack of funding, and rationing of NHS care by the Colchester primary care trust. 
 
Our loyal patients have a long and personal relationship with us, and recommend their family and friends. Our family has increased in size substantially, and we continoue to make more friends every year.

Facility 
 
We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our clinic complies with all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Centre for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family. 
We welcome nervous children and adults and we provide Relative Analgesia and Sedation for our nervous and needle phobic patients 
 
Appointments 
 
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email.. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help. 
 
Financial 
 
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are cheque, cash, or any major credit card. We can arrange a payment plan to suit your needs and help spread the cost of your treatment. 
We have Zen Plans available for our patients to spread the cost of private dental care. 
 
Cancellation 
 
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
